GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Dropbox customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~WillChill: I've had drop box for almost * years now. It's the first cloud storage I've had. I never have any problems with it. It's on * of my computer's and I've singed up ** other people which has given me **GB. I wanted to change my billing date. The support was by email, but they have an extensive, well organised forum. The person that helped me, basically gave me a loan in "drop box dollars" and I waited after my original payment due date until I reached the due date I wanted. Simple, easy, fast, no drama experience. I've ventured out to try other online storage solutions, and no one can touch drop box IMO.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Dropbox. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Dropbox problem?
~WillChill: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~WillChill: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dropbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~WillChill: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Dropbox customers?
~WillChill: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Dropbox to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~WillChill taken from his Dropbox customer service problem that occurred on November 6th, 2017.
