GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Dropbox customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~exasperate, infuriate, annoy!: There is no live support for business, you pay nearly $*** for membership and there's no one to speak to. I tried to talk to sales and you get a recording instead of a live person but the recording asks you to leave a message and someone will get back to you within *-business day. When it's time to leave a message a recording comes on and says "no messages will be taken at this time, it is full". Is the $*** worth it is the question to ask yourself.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Dropbox. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Dropbox problem?
~exasperate, infuriate, annoy!: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~exasperate, infuriate, annoy!: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dropbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~exasperate, infuriate, annoy!: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Dropbox customers?
~exasperate, infuriate, annoy!: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Dropbox to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~exasperate, infuriate, annoy! taken from his Dropbox customer service problem that occurred on November 13th, 2017.
