GetHuman-75329: I was unable to contact a human person to ask a few questions. I called on **** and had no problem getting a person. I live in NC and was told by ezpass representative on **** that there was no monthly charge. When I was near completion of the application a monthly charge of $*.** is noted. I have relatives in NY and travel north infrequently and feel a monthly charge is unreasonable for myself and those in similar circumstances. Perhaps a monthly charge for those months the ezpass is used would be more reasonable. I would like to talk to someone from Maryland ezpass - ***-***-**** - Maurice Murphy
