~Slightly annoyed customer: I set up a case with a game adviser yesterday and he was very helpful but when I called to finish my case I sat on hold for about * hour and ** minutes listening to the annoying sims soundtrack... I eventually gave up after I felt like my brain was going to melt from that annoying song... The employees are very patient and helpful it's just the phone services I dislike.
