GetHuman-371089: My game sims * double deluxe when I try to install it no matter what code I put in it claims it is invalid. I contacted online tech support. They answered quickly but the reps are incompetent. I was told to install origin so I could install the game without the CD and when I did they told me I had to register some code with a website but wouldn't give me the website. It was basically a trick to get another origin download. I have been chatting with them for * hours now and have gotten nowhere. This is absolutely ridiculous. The rep tried getting me to hang up a few times but I kept her on the line asking questions and now I know why, she was giving me BS answers that she knew wouldn't solve the problem. Incompetence is all I see with this company. If you want to buy their games good luck if you have an issue I will never buy a game of theirs again because of this BS. I cant afford to wait around for hours to solve an issue, not to mention it took me * days to even figure out how to get
