GetHuman-slp: "WHENEVER I PRINT A DOCUMENT OR COPY, LITTLE MARKS* DROPLETS OF BLACK INK GETS ON THE PAPER*ENVELOPE BESIDES WHAT I'M TRYING TO PRINT. IT DOES NOT ALWAYS HAPPEN FOR PAPER PRINT BUT ALWAYS HAPPENS ON ENVELOPES. I AM USING EPSON ECOTANK L***"
