~Eugene Johnson: I requested service around October **, **** for new construction. Nstar connected me to Sean Hayes who does *** AMP service when it was *** Residential service I needed. Three months later he tells me he is the wrong person and I must start application over again. Obtain an new work order * last week and I was told I MAY receive service on March *th. It is costing me $***day for the builders to run a generator. Building costs have increased by $*,***.** because Sean Hayes did not disclose he was the wrong person until months after my request for service.

~Eugene Johnson: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Eugene Johnson: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Eversource's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Eugene Johnson: For that I would say one out of five.
