~disappointment: I was fooled by an expedia agent. I told him I had a cheaper deal with another company, but I couldn't get through to them. He told me to take a picture of the other deal and forward to price guarantee adjustment the next day, but he did not tell me to make sure the reservations that I was making with him (Expedia) had to be exact with the other deal. I lost so much money. I could not afford what expedia was offering but he said no problem, you can get adjustment, but he didn't explain to me or help me that everything was exact so I can get the discount. Because of that experience and stress, I will never use Expedia again. I haven't even been on vacation yet and I already have a bad taste in my mouth of what Expedia did to me. Thanks alot.

~disappointment: For that I would say three out of five.
