~KTyson: I'm only giving * stars because the second person I spoke to actually helped me. *It is so much easier to get your perscription and take it to and pick it up at the pharmacy...now there is automated voices you have to talk to and then you get on the phone with a complete jerk who doesn't know what he is doing...also make sure that they are looking up the correct medicine when the quote it....I was told ***** dollars for one and to find out later they were looking up the wrong medicine....

~KTyson: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~KTyson: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Express Scripts's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~KTyson: For that I would say one out of five.
