~Jane: I didn't have my card with me so I used the social security number option - I was on hold for ** minutes with no response!! Gave up, found my card, called back and entered my account number instead - got to a person as soon as I got past the menus. Ugh, they made it sound like SSN * was a valid option but it's just a dead end. I was ready to punch something after wasting all that time.

~Jane: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
