GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's FIA Card Services customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~enzo: Came to FIA for Amex via Fidelity Investments, thought rewards card coupled with Amex would be great. Worst card issuer ever! Every * weeks I go to Costco and everytime they decline the charge for suspected fraud. Never heard of Costco? Cannot look and see the last * times FIA has suspected fraud for me at Costco? What a bunch of idiots! Don't waste your time, get a Capital One or Barclay's and use with much more confidence. Fidelity Investments should dump FIA, they are not worthy of Fidelity's clients.

~enzo: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~enzo: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FIA Card Services's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~enzo: For that I would say three out of five.
