GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Facebook customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~onemadfacebookuser: I am beginning to hate facebook! Having no customer service *****! Im about to delete my account and tell everyone else they should to and make our own social page! Its complete BS that u want me to upload a picture of my id just to get my password! That is invading my privacy and going too far! When I made my account i picked a security question for you to ask me if I lost my password, so why in the heck are you not asking me that question instead of telling me if I dont upload my id then I cant get my password?! Ugh!!! In my opinion, it is because facebook is just becoming a scam. It says my id will be deleted and not used again once I get my bb password fixed, but apparently whoever came up with that brilliant idea needs to find a new job, and preferably one that doesnt involve common sense! Because NO website is ***% safe, no matter how much you want to say it is! Once I send my id to facebook it will be on the internet permanently and somebody is sure to find it. And besides that

~onemadfacebookuser: For that I would say one out of five.

~onemadfacebookuser: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
