~Holly Anderson: Nobody answered. I wanted to know*My chat isn't working for some of my friends. I thought maybe it had to do with the new messenger but I had downloaded it a couple weeks ago and it worked fine until about * days ago. He can get my messages but I just see him typing and nothing comes through (not on the phone, on the laptop .. the phone doesn't work either though). I have messaged other friends and get their chat but not his. Could you please tell me what can be done to fix this.

~Holly Anderson: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Holly Anderson: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Holly Anderson: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
~Holly Anderson: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
