GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Facebook customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-zhenying: I can't connect *rd party apps to Facebook such as Instagram, Grab, and basically any other apps.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman-zhenying: I keep getting stuck at the login to Facebook page. Even after keying in my email and password, the page refreshed itself and just stuck there. It does not connect the *rd party to Facebook even when I supposedly have successfully logged in. I will then received a notification from Facebook to verify my login from an unknown app, even after verification to prove that I am the one logging in, I still get the same notification to ask for my verification! It's so frustrating! Can Facebook just resolve this issue? I want to get my apps functioning!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Facebook. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Facebook problem?
GetHuman-zhenying: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-zhenying: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-zhenying: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
GetHuman-zhenying: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from GetHuman-zhenying taken from his Facebook customer service problem that occurred on December 2nd, 2017.
