GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/04/17?
GetHuman-cascb: My facebook account was made for art business, so it was under a fake name on purpose to not get tracked down, unlucky a girl hated me and reported me by her jealousy and hate. This means my business just sunk into the water and I have no ID to retrive my account at all. I would like to retrive my account to talk to my costumers more personally. I know page exist but a page can't join groups without the owner being exposed.

GetHuman-cascb: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-cascb: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-cascb: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
GetHuman-cascb: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
