GetHuman-243650: I give Family mobile what they deserve: a horrible rating. I have had to call in numerous times to resolve a misapplied payment. That is not rocket science people!!! My bf went in to make a payment & he gave them my old Family mobile * (which was ported over to Cleartalk over * yrs ago). I called Cust. Serv. they said they said they saw the pmt on my old acct, restored service and submitted a tkt. They said if they had any ?'s they would contact me. I thought this was resolved and today my daughter gets a txt message stating we owe double? I call them AGAIN!!!! and the rep Debon stated he was not able to check my old acct unless I new my pin*passcode from * yrs ago!!!! I requested a Supervisor and spoke with Austin and validated the same BS!!!! They informed me to step into the store to get a receipt ( which I threw away thinking this was resolved) and Wal-Mart could not find it. I call Cust. Service again and spoke with Sabrina & she saw my old acct. (w*o asking about the pin*passcod
