~James Kelley : I was double charged for tickets and wanted to talk to someone about getting a refund for one of them and all I got was info about getting movie times and some kind of "prize" Ihad been selected to win.

~James Kelley : I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~James Kelley : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fandango's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~James Kelley : For that I would say one out of five.
