~daisey311: I spoke to a gentleman * weeks ago regarding my income based repayment plan submission. he reassured me it would be processed on time and I would not be charged over $****. fast forward eight weeks later it was not processed in time and I was charged *** dollars more than I was supposed to. when I called to get reimbursement they refused and also said they do not record all conversations but only random conversations. I don't feel someone giving me bad information warrants my account being overdrawn. had he told me it wouldn't have been processed in time I simply would have asked for a forbearance. It is not a difficult process to do that. he reassured me I had nothing to worry about. Apparently I had a lot to worry about and they refused to help me.
