~nycperson: Spoke to someone in INDIA that read from a script and was not able to help me at all. I had to ask for a manager or a specialist, then after giving all of my information AGAIN, they informed me that it was a mistake and for me to ship the ** lb package back and once they receive it...they will ship another correct order. (it was a bed frame missing the base, instructions, and screws.
