GetHuman-104908: Your people talk too fast and not clear. The last lady I talked with was the only one that did not hang up on me. That is inexcusable. I was upset but I did not curse, call them names. I was just trying to understand them when they talked. To hang up on a customer is who just trying to tell the situation is unexcusable. I liked the last woman* she slowed down and did take care of my situation. It should not have taken an hour, but it did. It was way too frustrating. The fact that my husband canceled the program and was charged anyway and charged late fees and was not told. That is horrible service. I do appreciate refunding the late fees.
