GetHuman-382632: customer service Lisa was very very rude need more training dealing with the public. I was talking to her about charges on my bill and she asked me what I wanted her to do about it. All the years I been dealing with fingerhut I have never encounter such a rude nasty attitude. At this time I'm not sure I will be ordering anything else from fingerhut. There's too many companies I can take my business else where.
