GetHuman-245198: I spent just about my whole friday trying to get a hold of someoneI called to have service transferred into my name from someone else,three different times ** min. the first , ** min. the second, and a hour the third. Now probably what is going to happen is they will come and cut off the service and i will end up paying for the connection fee which i dont have.I wish they would go back to people answering a phone it is so hard trying to talk to a machine....
