GetHuman-anilyp: Very disappointed with Flight Hub service
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-anilyp: My wife is travelling from Alberta to India having purchased ticket from Flighthub. She has a medical condition with a note. She has made numerous calls to Flight Hub, where customer service has hung up. She has requested an aisle seat on her flight from Frankfurt to Delhi. She has been denied. It is very unfortunate having experience with Flight Hub customer service, who would not allow to represent to a Supervisor for help. Truly disappointed. ***.***.****

GetHuman-anilyp: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-anilyp: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FlightHub's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-anilyp: For that I would say one out of five.
