And why is there always "I'm sorry , I didn't understand that" whenever you put in your social or case no.?Is everybody in the state calling at the exact same time I am ?? This needs to improve ...also,they need to stop transferring you around so much .That is basically telling me you don't want to deal with me and to talk to the next person after another hour wait ..
