~Steve: My call originated as a result of a previous call and a letter that I received from Ford. The Representative who I spoke to at Ford is unable to resolve this issue and instead of transferring the call to the legal department, as I requested, sent a message, that will be confusing to the recipient. Is there a number to which a customer can call directly without having to wait a few days before the next communication occurs?

~Steve: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Steve: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ford Interest Advantage's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Steve: For that I would say four out of five.
