GetHuman-196935: After finally getting through to Kim at the New Haven office, I explained that out of the ** days we have had their service , we have had phone service working no more than ** to ** days. She offered me a *** credit which I said was unacceptable. I also told her my wire's cell phone had $** in extra charges due to all the waiting time and being put on hold. Her answer to my complaints were *- We gave a $** credit to all our customers. I said I received the credit on my first bill, but still had no service when my new bill came last week. She stated that the credit was given, and I asked if I lost my service I wouldn't be compensated for any future phone service lost? She replied We gave all our customers a $** credit* When I asked why must I pay for something I didn't receive ? She said we gave a $** credit to all our customers, but she would give me an additional $** credit that would appear on next month's bill. I said I've paid for * months of phone service and only got **-** days o
