~chamberstmc: I was on the phone for * hours the first night and over two hours the second night and still didn't get my issue with the internet security suite resolved. I have never talked to such unprofessional unwilling people to try to help resolve your issue. I thought this was there job. My service was changed from verizon to frontier and I didn't get an email to upgrade therefore I was charged for services that did not work for months so when my computer caught a virus they were unwilling to help at all CANCELLED Service
