~mrperiod: GE tech out four times, could not repair on new cooktop. He contacted engineering and they decided to replace the unit as unrepairable. Made it known to both tech and customer relations that my cooktop is propane. Delivery people would install, but only as natural gas, and I would then need to contract to have someone convert although the orifices come with the cooktop. I refused delivery and called customer relations to the party's extension and was advised that I should leave a number and she would get back to me in ** hours. **** of a way to run a railroad.
