~sohma: person on phone doesn't speak good English,have to explain a stolen property request,mutilply times..finaly give case number to be told that they wont do anything and the police need to fax them the information and the police are telling me different...so now im being told go back to the cops ......and have the cops send a fax to gamestop but nobody wants to give me a fax number .....who uses fax anymore.needless to say I think gamestop has lost my business.

~sohma: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sohma: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GameStop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sohma: For that I would say four out of five.
