~ken: store manager chris at dobbin center location has a * hour window for midnght launch so if u get there at *am they will lock the doors in your face even though i called ahead and they said they would be open until *.... more lies! what's worse is i walked * miles there in ** degree weather because my car is broke down at **:** am so the so called crowd would slim down just to be denied at * am with the come back tmrw at ** am. srry, i've already started counting my drawer. professionalism is out the window and once i redeem my game tmrw i will never spend another penny in your stores because of this incident. crazy thing is this is the slowest location with * register open * day a week with ** min waits regularly and now they're closing early on your customers too. dobbin center ***** big time by lying all the time to your patrons with sorry and no as customers go elsewhere. needs a serious rewrap top to bottom
