~Martin Smith: I emailed the above address and promptly recieved an auto response, redirecting my to either call them or check their support page. I checked the page and searched what I was looking for and it answered my question. I just have to wait now to see if that information is correct. It would have been nice to get an email back from someone just as confirmation, but all things considered, I'm not totally pissed off.

~Martin Smith: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Martin Smith: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GoDaddy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Martin Smith: For that I would say five out of five.

~Martin Smith: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for GoDaddy to know who you are.
