GetHuman-326796: Horrible: Took my car in to get a Safety inspection and they tried to sell me repairs that the car did not need. I refused and question their ongoing unfair business practice and they failed the car. One of the Technician told me, in front of the Manager, James Holder, NOT TO COME BACK THERE. The Manager did not rebuked him. I took the car to a trusted and BBB Accredited shop and their Technicians verified my suspicions. Car passed inspection - happy with their service.
