GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-boothe: OK so I called earlier to report card theft. They asked me to report it to have it in writing so I will be doing that. In just this year alone I have had two separate issues with card theft. Both issues came from your company when I traced it back to the common factor. In both cases the theft attempts happened after making three consecutive purchases via google wallet within a **-** hour period. Now of course my email could be hacked, but after the first time i have consistently changed my email password. the companies i made these purchases with where totally different and the cards where completely different. This instance no money was stolen because i caught it (yet again) right away. I mention this because that means you will never know there is a problem without reading this report. However, I believe you have a back door or bug in your software which allows for information stealing when certain conditions are met. Please look into your back end for your google wallet software.

GetHuman-boothe: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-boothe: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google Pay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-boothe: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google Pay customers?
GetHuman-boothe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google Pay to know who you are.
