~imagandmanow: It says a representative will be with you shortly, I was able to drive ** miles in heavy traffic and get back and still had to wait at least * hours then got tired of waiting. It also says your call is very important to us, they sure don't act like it. Google doesn't care or they would answer the calls from customers. I have called social security and NEVER had to wait as long.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Google. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Google problem?
~imagandmanow: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~imagandmanow: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~imagandmanow: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~imagandmanow: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
