~Rachel Elizabeth Gnau: Poor service. I can't even get a hold of anyone to talk to me. You all have my account listed as being in Afghanistan! I live in Mississippi USA. This is ******** up my ability to view youtube, etc. On top of that, I can't find anyway to fix it, it's **** your time and all of you phone support has left since it's after **** your time, according to the recording and no matter which path one follows in the auto-que all that one gets is a recording about how sorry you all are that you can't provide service and then a disconnection.*Someone, anyone, call me at ***-***-**** or e-mail me at RachelM*****@***.com. We'll see how long this takes! LOL

~Rachel Elizabeth Gnau: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
