GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Groupon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Lois: Cameron was not helpful on the phone. I e-mailed Groupon previously and was told to clear my cookies. I did that and still have the same problem. This is the *st time I've ordered with my lois*skinner@earethlink.,net account. When I enter all my info and press "complete order" it takes me rbight back to where I have to enter my CC* info again, same problem as when I e-mailed you. Cameron advised me to set up a new account, which I do NOT want to do. I supposed by now, the Old Feed Mill certificate has expired. However, I can't confirm that, because it won't let me order!

~Lois: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Lois: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Lois: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Groupon customers?
~Lois: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Groupon to know who you are.
