~not satisfied customer: The person who answered the phone had very little knowledge of the English language and kept saying what? i'm sorry? excuse me? and could not decipher what was being said due to th eir languagea barrier. Aside from this, she was on a headset and could not hear me either, and kept saying what? what? what? and I asked her if she was on a headset, which took her several times of my asking to get her to understand what that was, she finally said yes, and I asked her to remove it and pick up the phone so she could hear me but she didn't understand. It was crazy and a waste of my time.

~not satisfied customer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~not satisfied customer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~not satisfied customer: For that I would say one out of five.
