~Internet User: Took * calls to get to a person. When O selected, goes to computer screener. When transferred to another hold, on for * minutes and disconnected. On call back, got to same place and disconnected after * minutes when someone at HRB tried to come on the line. Called back a third time. Got to hold at same spot. Answered by Kendra after about ** minutes. Transferred to Software area. On hold for ** minutes. Got to Audrey. Took around ** minutes to get to someone who could answer my question after wasting almost ** minutes searching for the*information on the website and internet.This gauntlet is not meant to serve the customers, but to dissuade them. But it was more helpful than TurboTax.
