~disgruntled canuck: I needed a replacement cable for my printer. The person barely spoke English & did not even know what the word 'south' meant when I tried to give my address. The cable was sent promptly & didn't cost me anything. My beef is with the employees in who knows what country not being able to speak or comprehend simple English. I dread calling any customer service numbers just for this reason.

~disgruntled canuck: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~disgruntled canuck: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~disgruntled canuck: For that I would say five out of five.
