GetHuman-146161: New printer **** worked for about one month. Phoned customer service only to find myself on hold for over an hour. When someone finally asnswered not only did I need to repeat myself over & over and * phone calls later did not resolve my issue. Very disappointed

GetHuman-146161: For that I would say five out of five.
