~Claudia Smith: Spoke with Simon and then his supervisor of tech support, Arun. Neither one of them was helpful. Very difficult to understand what they were saying and they didn't seem to understand what I was trying to tell them. Kept interrupting me. I was asking them to help me set up the **** printer so that it would communicate with my HP laptops. They told me to contact my internet service provider. Completely useless jerks.

~Claudia Smith: For that I would say five out of five.
