GetHuman-328610: The problem ended up being something the customer service agent could not fix. The printer I purchased (Deskjet F****) does not come with all of the parts it needs to set up! In small letters on one side of the box it says USB not included. RIDICULOUS!

GetHuman-328610: For that I would say four out of five.
