~Ralph: Yes. It was evening, on November 23rd.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to HP, and if so, how?
~Ralph: I used the 800-752-0900 number I found for on the GetHuman HP customer phone number page I was on: HP Customer Service Phone Number
GetHuman: And which of these common HP customer issues best describes the reason you wanted to talk to them?
(Shows ~Ralph a list of common HP problems)
~Ralph: "Technical Support" was why I was trying to call.

~Ralph's review of HP customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HP customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Ralph: When printer was out of warranty, I offered to pay for assistance to fix a problem but they still refused to help, wanting me to buy a new printer instead. If an HP product is out of warranty, they treat you like you don't exist. Their people, from front line customer service to executive level are trained to be rude and arrogant. Must be written in their manual. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Won't buy from this company again.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HP. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HP problem?
~Ralph: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ralph: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ralph: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~Ralph: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Ralph taken from his HP customer service problem that occurred on November 23rd, 2017.
