GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Handybook customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-coreyh: Horrible company. The cleaning I recieved was a joke!! They guy told me he doesn't believe in cleaning chemicals and he used water to clean my place. It was the biggest waste of time. Then at the same time I booked a handyman for much higher rate and they take the money up front (few hundred bucks) it left my account and no one showed up and there is no booking in my bookings and no one to answer phone on weekends. These people are crooks. I am filing with better business bureau and a state agency come Monday morning and small claims.
