GetHuman-116092: I had ordered some new checks and told they needed a physical address for the order but there is no place to put it on the order sheet as we use a post office box.....I have ordered several times through this service and only this time have I had a problem. I was sent an e-mail with the reference LTK***********X. When I tried to tell the person answering, she kept telling me she needed my routing number which I do not have as I am out of checks, which I told her......I have spent two days trying to clear this up and receive my checks. Please help. *****@***.com
