~Disappointed : Website needs to be more honest. I ordered business checks through a link on my bank website, received an emailed receipt for one amount, then a greater amount was withdrawn from my bank account. Over an hour on the phone (two calls, first guy was a moron and tried to tell me that the checks were the wrong price on the website and in addition I needed to pay $** in shipping and handling charges--for one order of checks that was supposed to include free shipping) to find out that it was for deposit tickets. $** for deposit tickets that were attached to the checks!!! This additional amount was not itemized either on the website or on my receipt. I can't understand why the company can charge an additional amount that is not in writing.
