~mahinamermaid: Flight was changed via email one hour before it left, no reason given in email, called customer service, could not understand the rep, was told to call back in an hour and would have answer and get compensation. Called next day and was told she didn't know why and to send an email to the consumer affairs department and get a response in ** days. Why can't we get local people in Hawaii to help?
