~Truly Disappointed: I attempted to solve the unreasonable flight change (just the date, all other elements remanedthe same) charge of $***.** for a cash purchase of first class reservation. Had I been using mileage, the change charge would have only been a still unreasonable ***.**. Not one of the three agents, who spoke marginal English, and apparently understood even less, were able to explain this discrepancy. I really didn't expect much more at this level of service, so my remainng option is to tranfer the travel of my family and employees from Hawaiian, where we're been customers for over ** years, to Alaskan which provides the same service to the westcoast cites we visit, at less cost and with much more informed and helpful customer service.
