~lopaka: I was appalled by the wait time and still got no one to talk to me, just alot of music reteric, we'er busy with other calls at this time, Please continue to hold,,I've never seen HAL flights delayed that long, I think in the futher I will fly Alaska Air, at least they still honor the milage program and you get to talk to a real person when you call them

~lopaka: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~lopaka: For that I would say two out of five.
