GetHuman-326082: The agent was not fluent in English and had an almost unintelligible accent. She could not help me arrange handicapped seating and had to consult a supervisor. This took a total of ** minutes with many misunderstandings. Just awful. Wish we had a viable alternative to get to the mainland from Hilo.
